Keep Staff Spirits Up

It's getting to be that time of the summer when your camp staff may be feeling a little isolated, a little weary, maybe even a little discouraged.

Keeping their spirits up and renewing their energy and enthusiasm can be as easy as posting a "kudos" on a bulletin board.

The folks at CampHacker.org recommend a "Praise Board" acknowledging staff members' good work.

They also suggest asking people from "the outside world" to send letters and cards of support and appreciation.
