BruTrek Collapsible Pour Over Coffee Maker
The stainless-steel Collapsible Pour Over features a compact design to pack flat in the included waxed canvas pouch. To brew coffee, unfold the Collapsible Pour Over, place a filter into it and set it on top of a mug. Add medium-fine ground coffee to the filter, about 2 tablespoons for every 12 ounces of water. Heat water to 195 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit, pour just enough to wet the grounds and let bloom for 45 seconds. Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular motion, wait 3 to 4 minutes, and serve.
